A unique design with a minimal style that easily adapts to any environment

Grus takes inspiration from the elegant and long-limbed bird - which also gives its name to the small constellation - whose characteristic pose it recalls about to take flight. In the floor lamp designed by Alberto Saggia and Valerio Sommella , the slender linearity of the structure stands out in space , in perfect geometric harmony. The load-bearing structure is divided into two parts hinged on one another , held in tension by a metal cable that runs parallel to it, fixed to the rhomboidal base. The painted sheet metal is available in the elegant graphite gray finish while the large fabric diffuser is available in the white, wine red and sage finishes.
